Prince Artchil Gourielli-Tchkonia - Helena's second husband

It was not long after Helena divorced Titus that, on one of her many boat trips across the Atlantic, she met Artchil. He was a tall, handsome (supposedly) Russian Prince who enjoyed playing bridge, one of Helena's favorite pastimes.

They were perfect together: he was charming and laid back, totally unlike Titus. They married in 1930 when Helena was 58 and very much in control of her expanding empire.

Though the Prince dabbled in the beauty business, it was not to be a success and then one day in 1955 whilst Helena was in Paris she received a telegram that the Prince had died of a heart attack - three years later Horace also was dead.
